Carbon Footprint Accounting and Influencing Factors Analysis for Forestry Enterprises in the Key State-Owned Forest Region of the Greater Khingan Range, Northeast China

This paper constructed a carbon footprint calculation model and analyzed the characteristics impact mechanism of forestry enterprises in Greater Khinggan Range, northeast China, based on survey statistical data during 2017–2021. The process-based life cycle assessment (LCA) was used to calculate total intensity; then, panel combined with ridge regression explore impacts different factors enterprises. Results showed that enterprises’ intensity general trend increasing first then decreasing from 2017 2021. average annual ranged 2354 t CO2-eq 24,354 CO2-eq, 3.48 kg hm−2 31.76 hm−2. Fire area, number hired labor, vehicle usage are significant driving study results can provide references for policy formulation relation control forest regions.
